A story I'm sure you've heard a thousand times before. Guy buys a new tablet, figures it'll make his life a hundred times easier. So I attempt a quick little ten minute doodle and I can barely make a straight line. Is there some sort of trick to these things? Anybody got a tip for a beginner? Or should I just stick to the good old mouse and pen tool?

So a friend of mine read my last entry and bet me I couldn't do a picture of every Super Smash Bros. Brawl female excluding stickers. And I probably won't. Though that won't stop me from making the effort. Check my junk page to follow my progress!

I guess with that Peach picture out of the way the more prolific Brawl women now have decent representation. But who or what shall come next? Lyn? Kat? Jill? Blue Alloy? An incest manga called Super Tabuu? Endlessly depressing possibilities lie ahead.

Well, I guess since this is an artist site I can use this web log to bitch about my works in progress. You know, during those months of the year when I have works in progress.
Since I've been playing Super Smash Bros. Brawl a lot lately I figured I should focus my efforts on the few female combatants that made the cut. However, I have run into a few difficulties with Zelda here.
Let's face it, Zelda's crown has always been a cruel chore to create. Even with a thousand reference pictures there's still a high chance it'll come out looking like crap. Add in those strangely wrapped strands of hair and the giant ruby earrings and you've got recipe for disaster. I'm just glad I decided against something involving Palutena. For now, at least.
And no, I won't be doing anything with Jigglypuff. Or Nana. Or a giant Jigglypuff eating a gagged and bound Nana. Yes, I get strange requests.
Until next time!
